Returns & Exchanges 🔄

You can return or exchange your items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be:

  • In unused, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • In a resalable condition

If your order meets these conditions, we’d be happy to help you with the return or exchange process!

How to Return or Exchange 💌

    Simply send us an email at info@trendyrose.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. We’ll provide you with all the details on how to proceed.

  2. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

    Please note: We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns, so it’s important to keep your proof of postage.

  3. Processing Your Return
    Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your return or exchange as quickly as possible. We’ll notify you by email when your return has been processed.

    • If you're returning for a refund, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
    • If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll ship your new item out as soon as possible.

Faulty or Incorrect Items ⚠️

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@trendyrose.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for faulty items and make sure to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Sale & Promotional Items 💸

Sale or discounted items can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused, and with the original tags intact. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items purchased with a discount or during a sale unless they are faulty or damaged.

Non-returnable Items 🚫

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Jewelry (if applicable)
  • Lingerie or swimwear (if applicable)

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we’ve received your return. Please note that it can take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
